Development Associate – Assistant to the Director of Development Part-Time Position, 25 Hours per Week | Flexible Schedule About LADACIN LADACIN Network, Inc. Position Summary
LADACIN Network is seeking an organized and motivated Development Associate to support the Agency’s fundraising, development, and community relations efforts. This part-time position works closely with the Director of Development & Community Relations and assists with fundraising campaigns, events, donor communications, marketing materials, reporting, and other departmental projects.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and has experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Development in daily operations and special projects Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events Collaborate with program staff to gather data, outcomes, and impact stories for marketing, proposals, and reports Assist with donor and fundraising reports and track engagement and campaign metrics Prepare donor acknowledgements, appeal letters, and other correspondence Assist with newsletters, annual reports, presentations, email marketing, and social media content Attend meetings, community events, and networking opportunities as needed Assist with the coordination and execution of in-person fundraising events Handle confidential information with discretion Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or a related administrative support role Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer, clerical, editing, and proofreading skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Post-secondary education or training preferred Familiarity with donor management/CRM systems preferred Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred Experience with social media and graphics is a plus What We Offer Part-time schedule – 25 hours per week Flexible schedule Meaningful, mission-driven work Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities to participate in community and fundraising events Sick time benefits Onsite childcare available in Monmouth County How to Apply Interested candidates should apply for this position via the LADACIN.
