What You'll Do

As an HR Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our associates feel supported throughout their journey with JA by:

• Managing the end-to-end vacation process, from requests to flight ticket issuance
• Assisting with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department
• Supporting associates with HR-related queries, requests, and documentation
• Coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations
• Preparing certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications
• Assisting with attendance administration and payroll-related submissions
• Supporting employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, and investigations
• Coordinating transportation requests and other associate services
• Maintaining accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation
• Working closely with teams across the hotel to deliver a seamless associate experience What We're Looking For Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources Skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care Ideal Candidate Profile In addition to the required HR experience, the ideal candidate will have:
• Learning & Development experience or exposure
