Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with the ability to hire candidates for multiple roles efficiently. Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination Hire candidates for sales, operations, and support roles Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates till onboarding Achieve monthly hiring targets Requirements Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of sourcing and screening Experience in bulk and field sales hiring preferred Familiarity with job portals like Work.
