You’ll be on the front line when it comes to our customers. We’re looking for someone who will engage and motivate our internal sales team. What you’ll be doing You’ll have direct responsibility for management of our Internal Sales & Counter Sales team developing them to perform their jobs effectively to exceed our customers’ needs.

Driving, motivating and bringing an infectious energy to the team. A good awareness of the local merchant market to ensure we’re competitive. Building solid relationships, growing spend for current customers and proactively seeking out new business. Self-motivated and determined to succeed. Keyholder responsibilities; opening and closing the branch as necessary...
