• LA JOLLA, CA, Salary Range: $80000.00 - $110000.00Salary, Job description: Preparation of advanced Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns Review of intermediate Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns Preparation of federal and state quarterly estimated tax payments Assist with tax audits and tax research projects Handle multiple engagements at one time and meet deadlines Ask appropriate questions when faced with difficulties Produce deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough and of professional quality Provide guidance and feedback to staff and interns Facilitate and partake in office trainings and mentorship program Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients #LI-MS1 Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess the following: 3 or more years of experience in public accounting Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Tax CPA certification obtained or in progress Excellent organization and time management skills Highly detail-oriented, organized and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service focus Strong computer skills; knowledge of CCH Axcess and Engagement a plus Technical skills reflective of experience An ability to work within a team framework and comfortable reporting to multiple people Our benefits include: Competitive salary Health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan New business and employee referral bonuses Professional dues Continuing education Free parking
