We are now hiring for an Reservations Agent About The Connemara Coast Spectacularly set on the Wild Atlantic Way and the shores of Galway Bay, our luxurious four star Connemara Coast Hotel offers visitors an ideal base from which to explore the spectacular scenery of Connemara and the vibrant city of Galway, a mere 15 minutes away.

With grounds that sweep down to the water’s edge, what better place to relax and unwind while taking in the stunning views across Galway Bay to the Burren of Co. Clare. Role & Responsibilities All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards.

Your role

To ensure that all reservations queries are dealt with in a professional manner and are answered within the required time frame. To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your department product and goals, in addition to being aware of all the Hotel’s facilities. To ensure that we maximise yield through occupancy and rate.

To liaise with reception to resolve any queries from guest billing.

Requirements

Notwithstanding your positivity and ambition for hospitality, we ideally would like you to have some experience for your role as outlined below: Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. High level of computer literacy is essential. Good organisation and administration skills with high levels of attention to detail.

Working knowledge of working with a PMS system.
