Home Health Aide Instructor (RN)

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Your responsibilities will include: Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with approved curriculum for Home Health Aide training programs Monitor student attendance, performance, and classroom participation Provide clear assessments and constructive feedback to ensure student success Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations, and course materials Maintain compliance with state regulations and K&G Career Academy standards Offer tutoring, mentoring, and academic counseling as needed Create a supportive and professional classroom environment that fosters learning and growth WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Qualifications: Valid NJ Registered Nurse (RN) (required by state regulations for HHA instructors) Prior teaching or training experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) preferred, but not required Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success WHAT WE OFFER: Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour Job Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor (1099) Benefits: Flexible scheduling options (morning or evening classes) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive team environment Tuition reimbursement & professional development assistance Work Location: In person Ready to Make an Impact?
