Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Provide strong leadership to the admissions team, motivating and guiding them to meet and exceed their daily and monthly admissions goals. Admissions Strategy
• Continuously review and refine the admissions process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Goal Setting
• Set daily and monthly admissions goals in collaboration with senior management Training and development
• Train new admissions staff on the admissions process, policies, and best practices Admissions process
• Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment ensuring seamless and positive experience for prospective students Data Analysis
• Analyze admissions data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Compliance
• Stay updated on all relevant laws and regulations related to admissions Customer service
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to prospective students and their families and their inquiries and concerns are addresses prompt and professionally Reporting
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding admissions performance and initiatives Qualifications: Minimum of an associates degree +2 Years of Sales experience Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for admissions management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance is a plus.
