Room Attendant

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards. Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest rooms and areas. Restock amenities and supplies as needed.

Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards. Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly. Follow proper Lost & Found procedures. Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies. Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.

Respect guest privacy and hotel property at all times. Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests. Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional and respectful communication.

Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
