Accountant - Location Bucharest

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Bucharest or Arad. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to financial operations. Manage daily accounting activities, including invoicing, bank statement recording, customer accounts, and internal invoices.

Perform account reconciliations, monitor open items, and manage provisions for doubtful debts. Prepare and review month-end accounting entries, reports, and financial information. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including year-end inventory activities. Prepare financial and operational reports, including liquidity, Budget, P L, revenue, cost, and provision reports.

Ensure accounting transactions comply with local fiscal requirements, internal policies, and applicable GAAP/IFRS standards. Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits, tax activities, and other accounting projects. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and compliance with internal procedures.

Support the Financial Manager with daily accounting activities, reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
