Senior Business Analyst - Location Bucharest

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will act as a strategic interface between Business and IT, driving transformation initiatives, optimizing processes and shaping sustainable solutions across complex application landscape s, including SAP Finance and Microsoft Dynamics.

Your responsibilities

Act as a trusted Business Analysis advisor and strategic partner within the Value Stream and Tech Stack Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical concepts Design scalable solution concepts aligned with business objectives, architectural principles and long-term platform strategy Challenge and optimize existing business processes, applications and operating models, including finance-related processes Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Developers, QA and Agile teams Drive complex initiatives and IT work packages from requirements through implementation and release readiness Advise stakeholders and contribute to impact assessments, strategic recommendations and decision-making Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and digital innovation Support integration solutions across internal systems and external partners, including SAP and Dynamics-related integrations Mentor and coach Business Analysts, Functional Consultants and project teams #LI-DNP
