Support Worker

Support Worker Location: Multiple locations across England, UK Experience: Relevant care/support work experience preferred Qualification: Health and Social Care qualification preferred Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE Salary: As per industry standards Shift: Approximately 12-hour shifts Responsibilities Provide person-centred support based on individual needs.

Assist with daily living and personal care activities. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Encourage social activities and community participation. Monitor and report changes in individuals’ wellbeing. Maintain accurate care records and follow safety policies.

Requirements

Caring, patient, and empathetic attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to complete mandatory training. Previous care or support work experience preferred. Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care is an advantage
