We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Dexter location.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.13/hour, with an increase to $17.33/hour after successful completion of training. Position Availability: Part-time positions available for AM and PM shifts (7a-3p and 3p-7p/8p).

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting. Assist with meal preparation, serving, and overall dining support. Administer medications as per prescribed guidelines. Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age). Valid Driver’s License or State ID. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Why Work at Pathlight?
