Our Traditional Team gives agents the ability to work buyers and sellers while building their own sphere and database - with the backing of a team. Marketing and technology support. Accountability and sales development. This is a commission-based independent contractor position with a 50/50 team split. We're looking for agents who are coachable, competitive, willing to make calls, follow up, attend training, and do the work required to build a real estate business. New agents are welcome.
