Account Operations Executive

The Account Operations Coordinator / Executive supports the day-to-day management and coordination of assigned customer accounts to ensure smooth operational execution, timely communication, and consistent service delivery.

The role works closely with customers, internal operations teams, overseas offices, carriers, and service providers to coordinate shipments, resolve operational issues, monitor service performance, prepare reports, and support account-related activities.

Depending on experience, the incumbent may take greater ownership of customer communication, operational follow-up, reporting, and service improvement initiatives.
