Senior Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Support the management and development of client relationships by effectively utilizing sales and CRM systems to drive engagement and performance. Design and execute structured customer contact plans to promote product offerings, support campaigns, and strengthen client engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex issues where necessary.

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, presenting solutions with clear value propositions and aligned commercial terms. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and participation in relevant events and initiatives. Build and expand a sustainable client portfolio by maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

& Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
