We're hiring for two different roles: Front Desk Patient Services Representative – Perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, welcoming patients, and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Call Center Patient Services Representative – Ideal for someone who enjoys helping people over the phone, coordinating appointments, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment.

What Makes Our Workplace Special: Flexible working hours for better work-life balance Autonomy in your role and the ability to make a real impact Growth opportunities and on-the-job training A relaxed, casual environment with supportive, friendly coworkers Fun company perks and a people-first culture What You'll Do: Front Desk Position – Appleton Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Confirm online bookings and assist with patient check-in and check-out Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and scan necessary documents Prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments Answer patient questions and help ensure a smooth, positive office experience Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to keep daily operations running smoothly Call Center Position – Appleton Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism, patience, and a friendly attitude Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Assist patients with questions and direct calls to the appropriate departments Accurately enter and update patient information in our electronic medical record (EMR) system Manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service Communicate with team members through EMR, email, and Microsoft Teams What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or office setting Availability for full-time hours, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help others Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy environment Comfort using computers and learning new technology Previous medical office experience is a plus, but not required!
