This is a full-time float position supporting our Neenah and Oshkosh clinics. Depending on daily staffing and operational needs, you may work at the front desk welcoming and checking in patients at either location or assist with answering patient phone calls and scheduling appointments from our Oshkosh office. What Makes Our Workplace Special: Flexible working hours for better work-life balance Variety in your daily responsibilities and the opportunity to work with multiple teams Autonomy in your role and the ability to make a real impact Growth opportunities and on-the-job training A relaxed, casual environment with supportive, friendly coworkers Fun company perks and a people-first culture What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, professional front desk coverage at our Neenah and Oshkosh clinics Support our phone team in Oshkosh by answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients Deliver exceptional customer service—whether in person or over the phone Confirm online bookings and greet patients with warmth and professionalism Verify patient demographics and scan insurance cards/documents Prep patient charts for upcoming visits Accurately enter and manage patient data in our electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborate with the team through EMR, email, and Microsoft Teams Adapt to changing daily assignments based on the needs of our clinics What We’re Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or office setting Availability for full-time hours M-F (40 hours/week) Ability and willingness to regularly work at both our Neenah and Oshkosh locations Flexibility to alternate between front desk responsibilities and phone coverage as needed A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Willingness to occasionally travel to our other Fox Valley clinic locations to provide reception coverage Why You'll Love Working Here: Generous paid time off (starts accruing immediately!)
