Job description

Lead the partnership and relationship between Pepsi. Co and Bottlers to develop, align, influence, and execute AOP plans to ensure delivery of annual volume targets. Have full P&L accountability and support EBA/Co-op negotiations with Bottlers. Develop effective market strategies to ensure the sustainability and profitability of the Pepsi.

Co Beverages business in these markets. Building of partner capabilities via sharing of Pepsi. Co best practices and through close collaboration and leverage of strengths/ resources within the system. Lead the development of communications and content around the brands for the market by utilizing available resources and assets in the region/global pool.

Partner with market to develop and execute creative, media, PR and in-store advertising strategies. Find opportunities for innovation, productivity & new sub-category / product launches Own the A&M budgets for these markets and will need to drive optimal spending as well as close tracking/monitoring of all to-date spends.

Plan and deliver marketing and sales promotional activities for these markets across all channels in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade with support from Regional Marketing and appointed agencies. Manage the complexity of procuring imports/concentrates/etc. from various sources within the Pepsi. Co system. Minimum of 10+ years extensive marketing experience in an FMCG environment Experience working in a regional role with multi-country stakeholder management Stakeholder management skills by worked closely with customers/ clients, major key accounts and/or modern trade experience Thorough understanding of the market- attuned to customer and consumer insights Planning and analytical skills- Strong strategic direction skills and can apply the data derived from consumer insights research Managing Others- people management/ development and able to influence others for buy-in Understanding of the business, including the various levers (i.

e., Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing) by working together towards achieving the same goal Networking and Wiring, Negotiations, Business Development Overview Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with travel to Cambodia once/ twice per month. To operate as the lead franchise and commercial marketing person for the Pepsi.

Co Beverage business, Cambodia. This includes the delivery of AOP plans and volumes, development of marketing strategies and activations, management of A&M budgets, acting as the main point of contact for Pepsi. Co in managing business partner relationships and having P&L accountability for the businesses.
