Senior Benefits Analyst

The benefits administrator is responsible for the executing the day-to-day operations of group benefit and retirement programs. This position includes cross-functional management of projects including data analysis and supporting and maintaining benefits and payroll reporting tasks. This position will work closely with internal teams to ensure appropriate legal (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, ACA etc.)

and Company policy compliance. Additionally, this position serves as the SME in benefits, retirement and have a fundamental knowledge of payroll concepts, practices and procedures with strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
