Senior Benefits Analyst

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for researching, managing, interpreting, and analyzing companywide benefits programs and plans, while monitoring industry trends, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable benefits legislation and regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, DOL, IRS, and COBRA.

This role analyzes plan data, utilization, and market trends to develop insights and recommendations for leadership and supports the design and execution of the company’s Total Rewards strategy. The Senior Benefits Analyst oversees Open Enrollment, leads complex benefits plan resolution and process improvements, and serves as a trusted subject-matter resource to employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
