Plan and deliver vocational training sessions (theory and practical) as per approved curriculum Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations Assess learners’ performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment documentation Provide guidance, mentoring, and career support to trainees Ensure training delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning abilities Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices Coordinate with placement teams or industry partners when required Requirements Qualification SSLC & Govt.
approved certificate in relevant trade Strong practical and technical knowledge of the trade Ability to deliver competency-based training Good communication and presentation skills Ability to manage classrooms and engage learners Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, LMS) Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods Willingness to follow curriculum, safety, and quality standards Flexible to work in shifts or travel if required
