Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Provide a friendly, professional, and transparent buying experience. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits. Conduct test drives and answer customer questions. Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.

Maintain consistent customer follow-up using our CRM system. Work closely with management to ensure a smooth purchasing experience. Develop strong product knowledge of Hyundai and pre-owned vehicles. Meet dealership sales objectives and customer satisfaction standards. Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and technology skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
