【About the Role】 We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in managing key business priorities, leadership meetings, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong organizational capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multinational business environment.
【Roles & Responsibilities】
- Support the General Manager in managing key priorities, leadership meetings, business initiatives, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on critical action items and business deliverables.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, regional teams, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track strategic projects, milestones, timelines, and key business outcomes.
- Manage executive scheduling, meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and logistics.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Support stakeholder engagement with customers and partners across Southeast Asia where required.
Requirements
【Required Qualification】
- 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Program Management, Business Operations, PMO, or related functions.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in multinational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
