Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to support the administration, optimization, and integration of Oracle NetSuite ERP across Finance and project-related functions within regional data center operations. This role will be responsible for supporting system configuration, user administration, ERP enhancements, API integration, data transfer processes, dashboard development, and operational reporting.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Account Management, and other business stakeholders to ensure efficient ERP operations and accurate business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Administration & Support Administer and support Oracle NetSuite ERP across Finance and project-related functions. Configure system settings, user access, roles, workflows, and system enhancements. Support ERP process improvements and ensure system efficiency. Maintain ERP documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
System Integration & Data Management Support API integration and system connectivity between NetSuite and other business applications. Coordinate data transfer processes, system interfaces, and automation activities. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data accuracy. Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve ERP-related technical issues.
Dashboard & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools. Support Finance and business teams with reporting automation and data visualization. Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of business information. Assist stakeholders in defining reporting requirements and analytical needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Account Management, HR, and other business teams. Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. Support ERP implementation, system enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities. Provide user training and ongoing support to improve ERP adoption.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar ERP platforms. Experience with ERP administration, configuration, and business process support. Good understanding of API integration, data transfer, and system interfaces.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and operational analytics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, PMO, or project-based environments. Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or data center industries. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms. Familiarity with workflow automation, system integration, and operational reporting.
Experience participating in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
