POSITION SUMMARY

The Employee Services Representative is responsible for all human resource related functions in their assigned location(s) while ensuring employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and an issue free environment. They will act as an advocate for our employees and company, dedicated to providing a fair and consistent workplace while ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws.

The Employee Services Representative regularly navigates employee relation issues, resolving disputes and conflicts, and performing thorough investigations with proper documentation. They must energetically take initiative even in the face of resistance or setbacks. They perform all employment related functions to include recruitment, onboarding, and company orientation.

They provide career planning recommendations and follow up in training and development of their location employees.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to maintain high degree of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. Must exhibit approachability, patience and composure at all times. Must project a clean and professional appearance.

Possess excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills. Ability to operate within, enforce and ensure compliance by others with company policies, procedures, and standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store. Must be 18 years of age.
