Your Role

We are on the hunt for enthusiastic Consultants and Senior Consultants to fuel our ambitious growth plans in the Perm business sector. As a Consultant at ACG, you'll play a vital role in shaping success stories for our clients: Talent Champion: Help clients uncover and acquire top-tier talent, driving their business achievements.

Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong business relationships in a dynamic market to stand out as a trusted partner. Solutions Advisor: Recommend tailored strategies to attract the best candidates for unique client needs. Candidate Advocate: Identify and guide candidates through their career journeys, offering valuable insights and job advice.

Process Navigator: Oversee the recruitment journey from interviews to job offers, ensuring a smooth experience for all. Market Seller: Proactively champion your candidates, connecting them with exciting opportunities. Net worker: Build and maintain influential relationships with key decision-makers, enhancing your personal brand and our company’s reputation.

Requirements

Experience in Sales, Recruitment, or relevant Industry positions is highly valued. Familiarity with specific industries or international experience is a plus. Proficiency in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A strong desire to learn and grow, combined with confidence and self-motivation.
