If you're passionate about making a difference, ASM is the place to do it. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Establish a safe, non-judgmental environment. Support their emotional, academic, and social development. Guide in conflict resolution and emotional regulation. Show consistency, patience, and reliability. Document interactions feedback Engage virtual with the client once per week Engage family once per month with family activity Other duties as assigned TIME COMMITMENT: Flexible; typically between 5–10 hours per week depending on availability and need.

DESIRED SKILLS: Active Listening Empathy and Emotional Intelligence Clear Communication Consistency and Reliability Positive Role Modeling SUPPORT & SUPERVISION: Volunteers will be supervised by the [Office Manager / Volunteer Coordinator / Program Director] and provided with orientation and ongoing support.
