Volunteer Adult Mentor Support

Role Summary

Volunteer Adult Mentor Support provides encouragement, guidance, and assistance to adult participants or mentors within programs. This role helps foster growth, connection, and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Support adult mentees or mentors through regular check-ins Encourage personal, educational, or professional development Help participants access resources and program opportunities Maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries Document interactions as required by program guidelines Attend required training and supervision meetings Desired Skills & Qualifications: Strong listening and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and professionalism Ability to maintain boundaries and confidentiality Commitment to consistency and reliability BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING:
