• Newnan, GA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Southtowne Motors of Newnan is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Call Center Representative to aid our service department. As a Call Center Representative, you will schedule appointments for our service team as well as obtain necessary information from customers to keep records up to date. Repsonsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Answer incoming phone calls Initiate and maintain contact with customers as needed Use computer software to make reservations and bookings for customers Provide support and assistance to customers as needed Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service-oriented environment with a high call volume. Organizational skills and able to multi-task is essential to succeed in this position. Candidate must be able to work independently and make decisions based on training and knowledge. Able to tolerate lengthy periods of sitting and repetitive keyboard typing.

Qualifications

High School or Equivalent Education Required Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Call Center Experience Preferred but not required Experience working in Automotive a plus Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Able to tolerate lengthy periods of sitting and repetitive keyboard typing Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
