A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch office, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient branch operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, enhance revenue streams, and promote Finovest Group's financial products and services.
Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA 3-5 years relevant NBFC industry experience Local candidate with fluency in Malayalam & English Benefits Best in the industry
