Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient branch operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base, enhance revenue streams, and promote Finovest Group's financial products and services.
Financial Management: Monitor branch financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Improve and maintain Branch Score Card consistently Requirements A graduate in any discipline 3-5 years relevant industry experience in NBFC & financial services Local candidate, speaking Malayalam & English fluently
