LVN / RN – Private Duty Nursing Location: McAllen, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Shift: Overnight Patient Care Needs: GJ-Tube Care & Seizure Precautions Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful difference in a patient's life?

What We're Looking For

Active LVN or RN license in good standing in the State of Texas. Current accredited CPR certification. Current TB test. Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused. Ability to provide safe, quality nursing care and maintain accurate documentation.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one nursing care in a home or school environment. Implement the physician-prescribed Plan of Care (POC). Provide GJ-tube care and maintain seizure precautions. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies. Monitor the patient's condition and report changes as appropriate. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic system of record.

Provide health promotion education and train family members as directed.
