Order Management Specialist with Spanish - Long Products

Key Responsibilities

Support pre-sales activities, including price list management and offer preparation. Process customer orders in ERP/SAP systems (standard, warehouse, consignment, and trial orders). Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics, and other departments, including order changes and updates. Manage logistics and shipment processes, including loading orders, shipment requests, credit limit checks, and material allocation.

Handle customer service activities such as order status updates, reports, documentation (certificates, invoices, delivery notes), and complaint management. Maintain customer master data and support creation of new customer accounts in SAP. Support Accounts Receivable processes, including proforma invoices, payment monitoring, credit release, and letters of credit.

Manage consignment stock orders and related activities. Participate in projects, prepare training materials, and perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Committed to quality and compliance standards. Technical Competencies Fluent in Spanish and English. 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role. Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP, CRM, and offer management tools are an advantage. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
