CX Supply Chain Specialist (German)

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Service

• Manage and process customer orders in SAP and related systems.
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate activities with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams.
• Handle scheduling agreements, order adjustments, and rolling date changes.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders by resolving order-related inquiries and issues.
• Create and maintain customer master data and support account setup activities. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
• Coordinate annealing planning and monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
• Support material reallocations and collaborate with Quality, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams.
• Manage logistics documentation, including insurance-related documents.
• Ensure effective communication between internal departments and external partners. Finance & Administration
• Verify and process invoices and financial documentation.
• Support monthly closing activities and invoice reconciliation.
• Monitor consignment stock settlements and financial transactions.
• Cooperate with Controlling and Finance teams on billing and credit/debit note processes. Systems & Process Support
• Maintain pricing data and order confirmations in relevant systems.
• Support IT-related integrations and process improvements.
• Create and manage tickets, reports, and operational documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, or a similar role.
