Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. This position is open due to an internal promotion, as the current Controller has recently stepped into the CFO role. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on overseeing construction financials, with a strong emphasis on audit and financial oversight.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid audit background and experience managing accounting teams in a project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
