A Large Business Account Manager 📍 Torrington, CT (Onsite) Well-established insurance agency is hiring a Large Business Account Manager to take over and grow a $4M–$5M commercial book of business . What You’ll Do: Manage and service large commercial accounts (>$30K premiums) across industries like construction, restaurants, and health services Handle policy changes, certificates, renewals, and client relationships Take ownership of an existing book while partnering with producers on new business and renewals Work with complex, multi-entity accounts across multiple states What They’re Looking For: 5–6+ years experience Active P&C insurance license Experience handling large accounts and using agency management systems Strong relationship management skills Comp & Perks: Bonus/Commission opportunities Full benefits + 401k match CIC certification supported/paid for
