Program Activity Leader (Part-Time)

Under general supervision, the Part-Time Program Activity Leader assists with the operation and oversight of Lancaster County Parks & Recreation athletic programs, leagues, tournaments, and facility rentals. This position is responsible for providing on-site support during outdoor athletic rentals, youth sports leagues, and indoor athletic programs.

Duties include facility supervision, scorekeeping, customer service, event support, and ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for participants and spectators.
