Assistant Construction Project Manager

Our client, a private family office, has created a new Assistant Construction Project Manager position to support the oversight and execution of high-end construction, renovation, and remodeling projects across the family’s private properties throughout the United States and Europe. This role is ideal for a highly organized construction or architectural professional with a strong eye for detail, exceptional standards, and experience working in high-end residential construction.

This role will report to the Director of Construction and work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to help ensure each project is executed to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, luxury renovations, architecture, or a closely related field. An exceptional eye for detail and a strong understanding of what constitutes impeccable quality, craftsmanship, and elevated design . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills. Professional, polished, resourceful, and capable of operating with discretion within a private family-office environment. Willing and able to travel extensively and relocate temporarily to various domestic and international locations.

Compensation

& Benefits The family is prepared to offer a $175,000–$200,000 annual salary , commensurate with experience, along with full benefits and bonus opportunities . The family will provide comfortable travel and living arrangements while the Assistant Construction Project Manager is working away from their primary residence.
