Finance Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly strategic finance partner to drive the commercial leadership team and partner with the Finance Director and CFO. In this role, you will consolidate the P L, manage budgeting processes, business partnership with BU lead, prepare executive materials for the quarterly board meetings, and provide the financial data and insights to business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

P L Control Budget Management Consolidate and own end-to-end P L visibility for the TW E-commerce business unit. Drive the recurring forecasting exercise and long-term budget planning with a high degree of accuracy including system upload Enforce rigorous budget management, tracking operating expenses and capital expenditures to ensure the business operates within strict financial guardrails Month-End Closing Activities Prepare opex accrual submissions to accounting.

Prepare month-end close reporting and commentary submissions to corporate headquarters, and reply to inquiries from corporate headquarters. Partner with key business stakeholders to find out the root cause of variances to budget and provide advisory actions to mitigate risks Board Meeting Preparation and Support Support the CFO/Finance Director on board meeting materials, including P L, Balance Sheet (B/S), and Cash Flow (CF) updates.

Draft and prepare Board meeting minutes. Collaborate with key stakeholders in headquarters and the company secretary on key filings and task requirements. BU Partnership Prepare regular financial forecast updates and key insights, highlighting opportunities and risks to business leadership. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate new initiatives, vendor contracts, and strategic pivots when required.

Process Improvement Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and forecasting processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PD, Engineering) to explore AI adoption and automate routine financial tasks.
