Senior Manager - Cell Process

Support setup of Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant. Process development and improvement activities. Shift-wise process monitoring and control. Improve cell efficiency and product quality. Coordinate with all departments as required by management. Ensure proper training as per TNI (5 man-days). Build and develop a robust team with proper hierarchy.

Ensure safe work practices towards Zero Accident culture. Achieve production targets. Improve equipment uptime. Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems. Conduct breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions. Achieve maintenance cost targets through: Parts failure reduction In-house repairing of parts Localization and alternate source development Local development of consumable parts Ph.
