Senior Manager

Operations Management Manage end-to-end gas and chemical operations across manufacturing/project sites. Ensure uninterrupted availability of industrial gases, chemicals, and related utilities. Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity. Monitor consumption patterns and optimize resource utilization.

Project Execution Lead gas and chemical infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements. Drive timely completion of projects while ensuring adherence to technical specifications.

Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. Implement HSE policies and best practices related to gas and chemical handling. Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP studies, safety audits, and incident investigations. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and industry regulations. Process Optimization Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.

Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Drive energy efficiency and sustainability programs. Establish KPIs and performance monitoring systems. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Support contract negotiations, vendor evaluations, and procurement activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including projects, maintenance, quality, EHS, and commercial teams. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Build technical capabilities through training and development initiatives. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
