Med Tech (MT unexpired certificate), Resident Aide experience in an ALF preferred, and memory care experience preferred. Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs Med Tech Required Education and Experience: Must Be at Least 18 Years Old Official State of Florida Med Tech Certificate Successful Completion of In-House Training ALF Nursing Experience Preferred
