S. without sponsorship now or in the future, W2 only, no C2C Bachelor's degree (hard requirement) 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / IT Analyst, with at least 2 years hands-on Salesforce Working knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud , and Jira or Azure DevOps The work: gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions; translating business needs into functional specifications with developers; gap analysis and process improvement using Salesforce capabilities; supporting configuration and testing (objects, workflows, validation rules, reports); maintaining process flows, data maps, and documentation; user training and change management; Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe).

Preferred: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or BA certification
