LICENSED THERAPIST (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PSYCHOLOGIST) Wausau & Merrill, Wisconsin Clinic-Based and School-Based Opportunities Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Looking for meaningful work with flexibility and support? Bridge Community Health Clinic is seeking a licensed therapist to provide behavioral health services throughout the Wausau and Merrill communities.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE ~ Flexible Practice Options Choose a schedule that works for you. Opportunities are available from part-time through full-time with a mix of clinic and school-based services. ~ Focus on Clinical Care Our support team assists with scheduling, referrals, care coordination, and administrative tasks so you can focus on your clients.

~ Diverse and Meaningful Caseload Work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs. ~ Team-Based Care Collaborate with primary care, dental, behavioral health, and school professionals within an integrated healthcare organization.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Wisconsin professional license
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days Preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• School-based or community mental health experience
• Training in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, grief counseling, or related specialties
• Experience working within integrated healthcare settings What You'll Do
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and diagnoses
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Coordinate care with medical providers, schools, and community partners
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed
