Receptionist

Bridge Community Health Clinic is a patient-centered healthcare provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality behavioral health, dental, and primary care services. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our team and become one of our welcoming faces. Your work will help ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors. What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, direct calls, assist callers, and respond to inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and process payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting
• Assist with other administrative duties What You'll Bring to the Team
• A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)
• Experience in an out-patient clinical setting is preferred
• A friendly, clear communication style and strong interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• A calm professional demeanor while balancing patient interactions and administrative tasks, even when it gets busy
