NET Developer to work in close collaboration with our Dynamics 365 CRM team. You will design, build, and maintain custom plugins, integrations, and backend services that extend and connect our CRM platform with internal systems and third-party applications. This is a hands-on technical role suited to a developer who is comfortable working inside the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and enjoys solving complex integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Plugin & Extension Development Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 custom plugins (C# / .NET) for pre- and post-operation business logic. Build and manage custom workflow activities and Azure Functions triggered by CRM events. Implement JavaScript / TypeScript web resources and i. Frames embedded within D365 CRM forms.

Integration Development Design and build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems (ERP, e-commerce, warehouse, finance) using REST / SOAP APIs and the Dataverse Web API. Develop and maintain Azure-based middleware: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Data Factory pipelines. Build secure, reusable API connectors and wrapper services for CRM data consumption.

Data & Quality Support data migration activities — data mapping, transformation scripts, and validation routines using SSIS or Kingsway. Soft. Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation for all developed components. Troubleshoot production issues, analyse logs, and deliver timely fixes in coordination with the CRM team.

Required Skills

& Qualifications 3–6 years of .NET / C# development experience. Strong command of the Dynamics 365 SDK: plugin development, early-bound entity classes, IOrganization. Service, and ITracing. Service. Proficiency in Dataverse Web API, OData queries, and batch operations. Experience building and consuming REST APIs using ASP.

NET Core or Azure Functions. Working knowledge of Azure integration services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with Power Automate custom connectors and flows that interact with .NET backend services. Experience with SQL Server and LINQ for data access within CRM-related solutions.

Understanding of ALM for Dynamics 365: solution packaging, managed vs. unmanaged solutions, CI/CD via Azure DevOps. Good communication skills — able to collaborate effectively with functional CRM consultants and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400). Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals / Power Pages development. Exposure to PCF (Power. Apps Component Framework) controls. Background in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industry projects.
