Job description
We are looking for a Service. Now Security Operations (Sec. Ops) – Vulnerability Response (VR) Implementation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and administering Service. Now Security Operations solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR), end-to-end Service.
Now implementations, and custom integrations with third-party security and vulnerability management platforms. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting enterprise security workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen vulnerability management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement Service. Now Security Operations (Sec. Ops) with a focus on Vulnerability Response (VR). Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Service. Now VR solutions. Develop and maintain custom integrations between Service. Now and third-party security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Crowd.
Strike, Splunk, Big. Fix, and SCCM. Configure and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration. Hub, and MID Servers. Develop and customize Service. Now applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Orchestration. Manage data import/export processes and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
Support vulnerability lifecycle management by aligning security workflows with industry best practices. Collaborate with security teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot integration and platform issues while optimizing Service. Now performance. Document technical solutions, implementation processes, and operational procedures.
Key Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Service. Now Security Operations (Sec. Ops) with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response (VR). Hands-on experience implementing and administering Service. Now Sec. Ops and VR modules. Strong expertise in custom integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration.
Hub, and MID Servers. Experience integrating Service. Now with security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Crowd. Strike, Splunk, Big. Fix, or SCCM. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and data import/export processes. Good understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and enterprise security tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Apply by sending your CV to careers@cliqhr.co.in
