In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying opportunities and creating tailored solutions that meet clients' industry and business requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop Integrated Solutions: Design and develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' business needs, incorporating industry and business insights to deliver value and support IBM's business strategies.
• Deliver Client Value: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop solutions that meet their expectations, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support Business Strategies: Align solution development with IBM's business objectives, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet both client and business needs.
• Identify Business Opportunities: Analyze client needs and identify opportunities to develop new solutions or enhance existing ones, driving business growth and expansion. This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise * Solution Development Expertise: Experience with designing and developing comprehensive solutions that address clients' business needs, incorporating industry and business insights to deliver value. * Industry and Business Acumen: Experience in understanding clients' industry and business requirements, and developing solutions that meet their needs and expectations. * Client Value Delivery: Experience with collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and developing solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty. * Business Strategy Alignment: Experience in aligning solution development with business objectives, ensuring that solutions meet both client and business needs. * Opportunity Identification: Experience with analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities to develop new solutions or enhance existing ones, driving business growth and expansion. Preferred technical and professional experience * Knowledge of migration or modernization projects for custom-built systems, ideally mainframe based systems (IBM z/OS, OpenVMS, etc). * A delivery and/or engineering background. * Industry Knowledge Enhancement: Experience with staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, allowing for the identification of emerging business needs and opportunities. * Solution Innovation: Experience in applying creative thinking to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems and deliver value to clients. * Business Acumen Development: Experience with analyzing market and competitor data to inform solution development and drive business growth.
