IT Support (freelance)

Gxyw8 Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting (Hardware, Software, Network) to users (Onsite Support).

Maintain and manage computer equipment (Laptops, Desktops), peripherals (Printers, Scanners), and meeting room systems. Support the use of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and standard organizational software. Coordinate with the central IT team or external vendors to resolve complex issues. Record and track problem-solving status via the Ticketing System.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of working experience in IT Support (Level 1-2). Possess a good service mind and strong communication skills. Highly responsible, punctual, and able to start work immediately with advance notice. Able to communicate in English.

Able to coordinate and collaborate with foreign vendors and service recipients.

Requirements

Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). Basic analytical and repair skills for PCs, Laptops, Printers, and Mobile Devices. Understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connections. Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, or user access management will be considered an advantage.

Possess logical thinking skills for systematic problem analysis and the ability to effectively solve on-the-spot problems.
